Refunds are not available. Since you are able to cancel at any time, you understand and agree that it is your responsibility to cancel the service if at any time you are not satisfied with the service whether or not you use the services you pay for. Your membership grants you access to the discount program but it is up to you to make sure that you are logging in, using, and taking advantage of the service(s) provided to you. If it is determined that your account has been given out to others you may be liable for additional membership fees. If you sign up with a coupon code and you fail to input the code correctly or properly apply the code in the sign up form and you get charged the full price at sign up, refunds will not be issued.
